Demonstrate/differentiate the "Ask a New Question" and "Add a Response" button in Packback tutorial

Many professor have indicated to me that some students get confused on how to ask a question vs add a response on Packback during their first few weeks and it creates inaccurate grades in the grade book. Adding this differentiation in the student tutorial would be helpful.
