Manually Override Gradebook

In the event of an outag, an emergency, or even just a sick student, it would be incredibly helpful to be able to manually edit a students' grade within Packback. Some instructors wait until the end of the term to upload grades, so having this to keep track of in one place in the meantime would be very useful.

It would also be nice to have a comment box associated with the grade change so that you can keep track of why.
