Add "response to professor's question" option in the gradebook

Instructors requiring students to respond to their question at some point during the semester, currently have no way of checking who did it and who didn't by looking at the gradebook. They can do it manually or we can send them a separate report, but it just adds more time to the grading process. Adding a row that says "Responded to instructor's Question" or something among those lines would add value, specially to large courses and courses where students are required to also respond to the instructor often through the term.
