Navigation while viewing a post

When I'm in a post I want to go forward or backward to sequentially read posts. This is better than clicking back or returning to the entire list and then clicking again.

Can we also duplicate these buttons at the BOTTOM of the post, since active threads are several screens long? Even just duplicating the "return to community" button down there would help.
