Add a 'praise' or highlighting method to an entire thread

Right now, at least the way I understand it, I can praise a specific post or response, but I don't see a way to highlight the whole discussion thread (question and responses/points/counterpoints) in one go. I can feature the initial post, which at least puts it somewhere separated, but I can't add feedback. If I just praise the initial post, and put comments about the whole discussion, that isn't the same as rewarding the group for their interaction.
