Add an "Account" page, instead of having all Account options listed in dropdown menu in the top nav.

To improve the Account Settings experience on Packback, we plan to add an "Account" page where Packback users can access a menu of available account settings, instead of seeing all options listed in a long dropdown menu from the top navigation bar.
