Add a "Request new Avatar feature" option to take in requests for new hair, features, colors, etc.

We want to make sure every learner can create an avatar that represents them in their community. If we are missing a feature (accessory, cultural garb, hair color, hair style, facial feature, etc.) that would make our avatar builder more inclusive, we want to know about it!
With this suggestion, we plan to add a button so learners can send an request to our product team for new Avatar features.
