Introduce a Packback native application for iphone / android.

This suggestion is to launch a Packback 'app' for download onto mobile and tablet devices.

While we are eager for the future potential to introduce a Packback app for iPhone and Android, this is a large scale project. We are focused first and foremost on making Packback Questions the most user-friendly, accessible, and valuable discussion platform for students and instructors. A Packback app is not at all out of the question in the coming years, but at this time, it is not on our Roadmap.

Given concerns about equity, I think this should move up higher on the to do list. Students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds are likely to have only a phone that they use for all their online work.
