Update the Learner Leaderboard to reset rankings weekly (by default).

Currently, the Learner Leaderboard shows an "all-time" ranking only.
This suggestion is to add an additional leaderboard sort option for "This Deadline Period" vs. "All Time" to allow Leaderboard to reset each deadline to encourage a growth mindset in students. This will give students many more chances to reach the top of the leaderboard.
