Fully custom deadline time

I've had a couple of professors reach out about being able to set the deadline so that their students are able to post a moment before class. Right now our platform only allows you to set to the hour.

We want to always try to aim for simplicity in every step of setting up and using Packback whenever possible. Please upvote this suggestion if you are experiencing this problem, and we can move back into consideration in the future if demand is high enough.

Would be good to have posts with one deadline and responses with a later deadline, so students can comment on the later posts.

Custom deadlines would actually help with all of my courses where either there are off weeks or some weeks content is different or there is a shorter Week due to a national holiday.
