Allow more features for hashtags

I am currently using hashtags for my students to track different types of questions. It would be nice to be able to filter by these hashtags and put hashtags in the reports. If the reports are generated by a database query, it shouldn't be too much harder than adding in an extra query constraint and then an added line in the report generation for the query?
e.g. I use #w1 for week 1 posts, and #CQ for conceptual question posts (I have other types of posts). So having the ability to generate a report from the last week that filters only those questions that have the tag #CQ would be great.
